The GDI Barracks
Like in every other C&C game out there, the barracks are responsible for building infantry units. It's level only dictates the repair time. Evidently, the higher the level, the lower the repair time. There's not a whole lot else to it other than it makes a good stopper to put in front of your more valuable structures. Try to keep it as high level as possible as early as possible, if you wait too long, it takes forever to catch up.
