The GDI Accumulators
The accumulators serve as a storage device for electricity. While it does that, when parked next to Power Plants will accelerate the hourly YIELD of electricity; whereas blue crystals increase the actual yield. As far as base structures go, this one of one of the most important ones, never enough power!
